We specialise in supplying a premium product at competitive prices to pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools and universities.

We appreciate that every caterer has different requirements to suit their customers. Therefore all of our meat is hand picked to suit those requirements, overseen by Russell Baker.

We offer a comprehensive range of beef, pork, lamb and chicken cuts, as well as homemade sausages, burgers, bacon, gammon and cooked meats. Additional meat products can also be sourced, please contact us to discuss further.

All of our pork and lamb is dispatched within days of slaughter, so it arrives with our customers as fresh as possible. Our beef is dry-aged in our special maturation fridge.

Ideally located just 10 minutes from junction 20 of the M5, our small fleet of temperature controlled vans and lorries, make regular deliveries to customers in Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, The Mendips, Bridgwater and the towns surrounding Nailsea.
